Pay Range
$75,900.00-$104,400.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team. This role will be responsible for account reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, financial statement preparation and reporting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze and prepare multiple monthly reports including other income/expense and various government and other financial reports.
- Perform multiple account reconciliations including multi-currency bank accounts, resolve discrepancies and propose necessary adjustments.
- Prepare journal entries in a complex accounting environment. These may include incentive compensation accruals, vacation accruals, and inventory adjustments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP for internal management reporting, SEC reporting and government census reporting.
- Provide support for and coordination of additional quarterly and year-end closing and reporting requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Demonstrate and ensure a strong customer service commitment within the organization.
- Special projects as required.
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or CMA preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/accounting role.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP, cash flows and financial reporting. Experience with LIFO inventory accounting is a plus.
- Solid SAP or other similar ERP systems knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem resolution skills.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability/willingness to leverage AI (i.e. Copilot) for process automation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while being effective interfacing across all levels of the organization.
- Minimal travel required (0-10 days per year).
- Work environment is typical of an office setting. This position is based at the company’s headquarters in downtown Denver. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some workdays performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management.
