We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Analytics Lead to own the delivery and direction of digital analytics for client programs. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, strong data storytelling abilities, and a leadership mindset that fosters ownership, urgency, and excellence in every client deliverable.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital analytics function, driving insightful analysis, dashboards, and reporting aligned to business objectives.
- Own and manage client relationships for analytics workstreams; act as the single point of accountability for data quality, timely delivery, and impact.
- Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, Evolv and other data tools.
- Ensure data integrity and actionable reporting by leading requirements gathering, QA, and delivery with minimal oversight.
- Influence, delegate, and guide both onshore and offshore teams; promote collaboration, responsiveness, and priority transparency.
- Engage in critical thinking when designing tests or dashboards, providing clear narratives and executive-level storytelling.
- Utilize SQL to query large datasets as needed to support more advanced analysis.
- Actively manage Jira tickets and documentation, ensuring clarity, visibility, and status updates across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of how data is collected and used for performance analysis.
- Proven experience in digital analytics consulting, including client communication, solutioning, and presentation of insights.
- Strong data visualization and dashboard creation skills with the ability to think beyond basic metrics.
- Strong SQL experience for querying data warehouse environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing (CRO) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Act as a thought leader in analytics, driving initiatives forward without needing reminders or nudging.
- Be highly organized, transparent, and communicative about task progress and shifting priorities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing expectations and delivering value through data.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including implementation and advanced reporting
- Proven track record in digital analytics consulting, including client interaction, requirements gathering, and insights delivery
- Strong dashboard development and data visualization experience
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred:
- Experience supporting CRO programs or A/B testing initiatives
- Familiarity with Jira for task and project tracking
- Background in consulting or agency environments with client-facing responsibilities
- Experience working with offshore analytics teams
- Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for dashboard delivery
