The Role
SimplePractice is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses end-to-end campaign development, management and execution on lifecycle campaigns across targetable channels, with strong emphasis on email. Candidates should have an understanding of technical needs required to execute personalized transactional and marketing campaigns across channels.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive our lifecycle strategy that supports existing and evolving B2B motions across channels. Identify data requirements needed for segmentation, personalization and reporting of efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable B2B playbook for SimplePractice, informed by a robust testing roadmap.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on lifecycle program performance and provide ad hoc analysis as needed
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, competitive landscape and explore ways to apply these findings
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience in lifecycle marketing. You’ve worked in numerous systems and know the ins and outs of what makes a great email, SMS, push and in-product notification campaign.
- A pro at getting the right message to the right customer at the right time, with great results.
- You know how to launch audience-specific and event-triggered lead lifecycle campaigns You’ve owned lead quality and scoring goals from lifecycle programs.
- Able to balance strategy and execution. You can move seamlessly between both the high-level strategy and more tactical, execution-oriented parts of your role.
- A natural leader, who’s also passionate about effective collaboration. You’re an experienced project manager with an ability to work under the pressure of multiple projects; you always hit your deadlines, by prioritizing workload and risk assessment. And you’ve got excellent interpersonal skills that you utilize to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Data and results-driven. You’re analytical, able to synthesize insights and learnings from a variety of campaigns to influence strategy.
- Experience in healthcare or health tech B2B marketing is a plus.
Base Compensation Range
$120,000 - $160,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
