Have you successfully run a brand’s YouTube channel? Do you have complicated feelings about what happened to Gimlet Media? Do you have strong opinions about the correct way to grow video marketing channels? If you’re a talented creator with a track record of making quality videos and podcasts, then we’d like to talk.
To help us create the greatest content centered on landlords, we’re looking for a video editor with experience booking guests, writing scripts, and being a central role in a complicated and ever-shifting content production schedule.
As part of the Education and Community team, you will:
- Build the video marketing strategy in accordance with quarterly goals, in order to broaden the brand’s reach
- Coordinate, shoot, and edit all video and audio content
- Manage TurboTenant’s YouTube channel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create media for a variety of purposes, including education, SEO, commercials, and product marketing
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have 3+ years of experience in video production, with a portfolio to show for it
- Have a proven ability to identify and tell compelling stories
- Be an excellent editor, with the ability to pinpoint the best elements of a recorded interview to be repurposed for other mediums
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced work environment
Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:
- Being a property investor
- Hosting podcast or video content
TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado (RiNO). Face-to-face time is an essential aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and this role is expected in our Fort Collins or Denver office at least once a week (more if preferred).

Compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $94,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
