We’re looking for a strategic, scrappy, and high-impact Senior Demand Gen Manager who’s excited to shape the future of observability with Grafana Cloud. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy and build scalable, experimental campaigns that fuel our pipeline, expand into new markets, and position us competitively—without waiting for permission. This role blends vision setting, rapid iteration, and hands-on marketing execution at a pivotal growth stage.

Why This Role Matters

  • We're in the early innings of a massive opportunity: usage-based, open-source adoption is just scratching the surface of enterprise observability.
  • You’ll be in the driver's seat for building integrated campaigns from 0→1, scaling across PLG and enterprise motions.
  • You’ll collaborate with our Demand Gen and Marketing Ops teams on next-gen, AI-powered, agentic marketing workflows—helping shape how modern B2B marketing actually works.
  • You’ll partner directly with leadership, product, and sales to drive revenue—and you'll have autonomy to test the bold and weird.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, test, and scale full-funnel campaigns across paid, web, email, and other experimental channels.
  • Develop clear hypotheses and lead iterative growth experiments. You’ll test—and break—what’s not working.
  • Lead GTM strategy for new feature launches and audience segments.
  • Turn insights into action: use multi-touch attribution, intent data, and creative storytelling to build smarter every week.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align programs with growth priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years in Demand Generation in a B2B environment, ideally with a developer-led motion
  • Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Salesforce, marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution, and lead scoring models.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, SDRs, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with GTM strategy.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience in high-growth, ambiguous environments.

In the US, the OTE range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
