Ibotta is seeking a Senior Director of Salesforce to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
The individual will lead all Salesforce initiatives within the Sales organization. This role is critical in driving the strategic deployment, continuous improvement, and optimization of Salesforce to enhance our sales processes and performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of managing complex implementations and driving system enhancements.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Identify opportunities for automation and integration with other systems to streamline sales operations and data flow

Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, implementing relevant changes to enhance system capabilities

Advise CRM (SFDC) implementation from a business perspective, supporting the organization in realizing best practices to support effective use of the system for leadership and sales management to ensure timely and appropriate processes to enhance sales results

Establish procedures and systems to ensure order processes, tracking, opportunity identification, quotations, expenses, invoicing and billing

Drive business process adoption, ensuring the teams are working within the SFDC CRM management system

Work with multiple stakeholder partners, such as Product and Marketing, to ensure delivery and execution of go-to-market strategy, product development and sales are aligned with business revenue goals

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards

Collaborate with senior leadership to align Salesforce strategies with overall business goals and objectives

Act as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and provide timely resolutions

Provide training and support to sales teams to maximize their use of Salesforce and ensure adoption of best practices

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and optimization

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred

Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations

Demonstrated project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
