At Arcadia.io, a Senior Enterprise Implementation Manager (Sr. EIM) is a strategic program leader with primary accountability for successful implementations to high-priority clients. The Sr. EIM plays a critical role in managing complex client initiatives, while aligning strategic requirements and implementation execution, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success through the lifecycle of the engagement.


Sr. EIMs operate at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology, navigating complex data ecosystems, engaging stakeholders across all client areas, translating technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes. This role is critical to client retention, long-term value, and strategic growth for Arcadia.


What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Successfully complete new hire onboarding and achieve Arcadia Core Platform Certification to establish a comprehensive understanding of the platform infrastructure, healthcare industry context in correlation with Arcadia’s mission, and internal operational processes

- Participate in structured training sessions with senior EIMs and Arcadia leaders to gain insights and understand client initiatives and priorities, the key stakeholders, and on-going deliverables and deadlines

- Assume responsibility for specific client components, such as owning client integration workstreams and supporting the development of working discussions around implementation initiatives


In 6 months

- Independently oversee multiple client workstreams including but not limited too; data integration, user enablement, application configuration(s), alignment with implementation goals and timelines. Facilitates project deliverables, stakeholder governance, risk management, and milestone tracking

- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders by leveraging knowledge and expertise to understand the client(s) unique technical, clinical, and executive initiatives

- Communicates clearly and effectively, instructs cohesive value realization through understanding by understanding the client’s unique needs, de-escalates challenges at every level, and stays informed around customer dynamics and organizational settings

- Manage relationships across all levels, including executive stakeholders, through difficult conversations, driving key narratives, and ensures alignment by reducing misaligned messaging 


In 12 months

- Successfully leading high-priority and large-scale implementations with multifaceted data complexities, driving platform adoption and usage, while working with multiple stakeholders

- Capable of translating client needs with actionable solutions using Arcadia’s platform

- Championing strategic initiatives with deep product knowledge and industry insight, influencing product roadmap outcomes on behalf of client stakeholders, and contributes to broader organizational strategy

- Ability to make independent decisions affecting broader client relationships, program scope, and escalations; drives to resolution of complex issues involving multiple teams

- Recognized expert in strategically identifying improvements across process and workflow documentation, advancing cross-functional collaboration, and applying insights from prior implementations

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for strategic leadership as the primary point of accountability across end-to-end product implementations for client engagement and success throughout the full lifecycle
  • Developing and executing detailed project plans, aligning client strategic goals and framework with Arcadia’s implementation methodology while orchestrating all phases of the engagement—including product configuration, data validation, user training, and go-live execution that will ensure seamless delivery and long-term client value
  • Effectively communicates project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to senior client and internal leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making
  • Demonstrating advanced organizational, presentation, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts such as data architecture, integration frameworks, and platform configuration
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring alignment between implementation activities, business objectives, and defined success metrics
  • Defining, implementing, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success, client satisfaction, and value realization
  • Providing coaching, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members while also leading cross-functional best practice initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Brings 6–10+ years of progressive experience, with a proven record of leading large-scale implementations and successful influence and management of executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in healthcare data integrations, including clinical and claims workflows, risk adjustment, healthcare interoperability
  • Fluency in data aggregation and analysis, with experience using tools like SQL/Redshift, Tableau/Quicksight, and Excel; comfortable working with data models and platform configurations
  • Extensive healthcare experience, including knowledge of population health, value-based care, and healthcare operations
