<p><p><span>The Senior Manager of Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in developing and executing CPX’s business strategy and operationalizing key priorities. This collaborative and results-driven strategic leader will be responsible for building a high performing team of program managers who lead the successful execution of strategic initiatives, key programs and projects. This senior manager will employ a consultative mindset towards managing relationships with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) from across CPX and Workiva to shape strategic priorities and ensure the successful and timely delivery of key projects for the organization. </span></p><p><b><b>What You'll Do:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Build and manage a team of high performing program managers who drive the successful execution of mission-critical projects that accelerate CPX and Workiva’s business strategy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engage with business leaders and SMEs to develop CPX’s strategic priorities, acting as an objective thought leader and execution partner </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage the portfolio and pipeline of key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization and management with the team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop core team skills and practice infrastructure (e.g., engagement models, artifacts, toolsets, team and project-level management systems)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead cross-functional teams in project execution to identify issues and actionable opportunities, design and build solutions and ensure meaningful impact to the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with teams and SMEs across departments and functional areas (e.g., CPX, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Data Engineering, Procurement, IT) on key efforts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate development of annual strategic plans, objectives and key results (OKRs) and strategic initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide direct guidance and coaching for the strategic initiatives team, ensuring a strong and inclusive culture and effective performance</span></p></li></ul><p><b>What You'll Need: </b></p><p><b><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>8+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, management consulting, business transformation, business strategy or business operations </span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years of management experience, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or established individual contributors, and cross functional leadership experience </span></p></li></ul><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>MBA or similar degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building and managing high-performing, results-oriented teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong business acumen, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong attention to detail, personal excellence, and stakeholder management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to structure complex projects and organize cross-functional teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders for design and execution (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile development)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to lead through influence with globally distributed teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in project management methodologies, organizational change, and process design, with supporting tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Mural)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment with prioritization skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with Customer Success, Technical Support, Client Services, and/or Partnerships & Alliances</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in business, operations, and data analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong drive for results</span></p></li><li><p><span>Inclusive and positive mindset</span></p></li></ul><p><b><b>Remote - Ready Excellence:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Fully remote with ability to flex between 10-40% travel </span></p></li><li><p><span>US preferred with occasional need to access local Workiva offices</span></p></li></ul><br><p ><b>How You’ll Be Rewarded</b></p><p ></p>� Salary range in the US: $126,000.00 - $214,000.00<p >� A discretionary bonus typically paid annually</p><p >� Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire</p><p >� 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package</p><p ></p><p >The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
