Office Location: Greenwood Village (DTC), CO - Hybrid

Compensation: $140,000-$150,00, based on experience + 10% bonus potential 

Position Summary:  

We are rapidly accelerating the size and capability of our revenue org and are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Deal Desk & Enablement who will be a key hire of our new Revenue Operations Function.   

You will be a critical partner in the go-to-market organization, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner with leadership and teams across Sales, CS, Finance, Ops, and Legal to drive collaboration and improvement. You will help execute the strategy, build (then maintain) our infrastructure, and dramatically improve the scalability of our pricing and contract's function.  

The ideal candidate has a strong background in a mid-market Revenue & Sales Operations function with 4+ years of experience managing and operationalizing pricing strategy. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the revenue operations function around pricing, contracts, and proposals, including 6 team members
  • Assume ownership of the pricing strategy for the business
  • Operationalize the pricing strategy to enable a repeatable process for the entire revenue organization
  • Proactively assess the effectiveness of each key function; work to build systems and structure in the CRM, along with KPIs that enable our revenue goals
  • Build and develop the team to support the growth and scale of the business
  • Build and leverage data to assess the effectiveness of our pricing and contracts strategy
  • Establish a steering committee and governance process around pricing, contracts and proposals
  • Play a role in enabling effectiveness across RevOps org, including sales funnel loading, sales enablement tools and preparing MBR/QBR reports
  • Build and manage RevOps internal documentation and data dictionaries
  • Assess tech stack for upgrade opportunity and build business cases for systemization

 Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • 4+ years of revenue operations experience within pricing and contracts in a high growth phase -- and collaborating effectively with multiple revenue functions 
  • Builder with a bias for action 
  • Strong analytical horsepower: you understand the importance of data and acumen in making decisions and running a business 
  • You are an inherent problem solver, finding the path forward, despite the complexity 
  • You love to build in ambiguity; taking complex structures to simple and easily understood 
  • SFDC expertise; you understand how a CRM can be a (massive) enabler of the sales process 
  • Experience with evaluating and implementing enablement tools across the revenue org
