A Little About The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. This position will partner with sales, marking and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What You Will Do

  • Defining the product strategy and roadmap
  • Managing software development team’s back log 
  • Experience in writing user stories and addressing real world customer needs 
  • Experience working within an agile development framework 
  • Being an expert with respect to the competition 
  • Developing core product value prop and partnering with marketing to develop core positioning and messaging for the product 
  • Performing product briefings and demos for large customers 
  • Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals 
  • Developing sales tools and collateral 
  • Proposing an overall budget to ensure success 
  • Briefing and training the sales force as needed 
  • Acting as a leader within the company

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical aptitude with experience working with development teams
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience using customer and market research and data analysis to communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
  • Technical experience with a degree in business, computer science, or related field

Salary

$110,000-$140,000/year DOE

Location

We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. While our preference is a candidate located in Denver, CO, this role is open to remote candidates in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
