In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for full-time employees of Western Union, primarily within the United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for employment for senior management and below positions based on qualification match and cultural fit.
- Work with resources such as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and external resources such as external recruiting firms to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
- Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
- Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores, operational and performance goals, and agency usage targets.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
- Proven relationship-building and ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership at different levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated deep recruiting and hiring process expertise.
- Strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.
- Solid product/marketing market insights and recruiting experience is desired.

Salary
The salary range is $74,500.00 - 127,000.00 USD per year, total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
