Job Overview

Software Support Representative is responsible for frontline communications with the users of the Apparatix software. We are looking for tech-savvy individuals that can learn complex software systems, can research and troubleshoot issues, and help our customers find solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interface and communicate with clients through email, video conferencing and Slack
  • Be the software expert that understands the complexity of the application
  • Train users to know and use the software
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by honoring SLAs and response times
  • Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Research support tickets, determine root cause, develop response and resolution
  • Self-motivation for learning industry, software tools, and Apparatix solutions

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Customer Service with good interpersonal skills to work with non-technical end users to provide problem resolution and training
  • Strong problem-solving skills and acumen for finding the root cause
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and desire for continual learning
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Google Sheets and Slack
  • Understanding of Windows systems (Windows 7 +)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tech industry
  • Familiarity with Out-Of-Home advertising industry a plus
