At RAB Lighting, with innovation, sustainability, and customer service at our core, we brighten the spaces where life happens. As Specification Project Coordinator, you'll report to a Lighting Studio Manager in our Lighting Design Department. In this role,   you'll be able to shine as the connective thread ensuring all aspects of our lighting projects come together seamlessly.    Your project management skills will track architectural projects to generate sales leads. You will build relationships with RAB reps, and ultimately drive revenue from architectural projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Connect the Dots:  You'll review specifier activity, via Construct Connect Insight, SpecLink or similar program, and align projects with RAB reps to build relationships, provide project support and drive revenue.
  • Illuminate the Process:  You'll monitor specification websites to ensure RAB content is current.
  • Be A Problem Solver:  You'll help light the way by communicating regularly with customers, sales reps, the marketing team and designers to ensure everyone stays on the same page.    

What Makes You Shine:

  • Your 2+ years of experience in project coordination, with basic knowledge of the art and science of lighting design a plus
  • Your familiarity with architectural designing and building processes to align the right strategy for the right project phase.
  • You are a master of project management, organization and  love juggling multiple tasks
  • Your communication skills are clear, and client-focused
  • You're adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative, remote-work environment
