Sr Business Analyst - Mobile Product

As a Senior Business Analyst (Mobile Product) on this team you will be responsible for critical business line reporting and decision support through analyzing complex business performance to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This position can collaborate with one or several business units or functions.
WHAT OUR SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

• Producing reports to meet needs of business utilizing Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint both proactively and reactively.
• Creating analyses, reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in evaluating product ideas as well as general performance of Spectrum Mobile products and services.
• Working with business stakeholders to analyze business performance and support solution recommendations to align individual business functions with organizational goals.
• Supporting product decisions through analysis and business case rigor.
• Analyzing data to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
• Presenting and communicating findings and analysis to team, stakeholders or business leadership.
• May make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Perform other duties as requested.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

• Experience: Business analysis or related experience - 5+ years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• Skills: Superb knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

The base pay for this position generally is between
$78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
