Mezmo is seeking a Senior  Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our event marketing programs. In this role, you will own the planning and execution of high-impact events—including conferences and community events—to elevate Mezmo’s brand, drive pipeline, and deepen customer engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every event delivers measurable business impact while creating compelling, memorable experiences for our target audience.

About the role Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a results-driven event marketing strategy that aligns with Mezmo’s business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product) to ensure event messaging, content, and execution align with company objectives.

Event Promotion & Audience Engagement

  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media) to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Partner with SDRs and sales teams to ensure strong pre- and post-event outreach, maximizing lead generation and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Create interactive and engaging event experiences that enhance brand perception and customer relationships.

Lead Generation & ROI Measurement

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event success, including lead acquisition, pipeline impact, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze event data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future event strategies.
  • Ensure seamless lead capture and follow-up processes, working closely with sales and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Ability to travel to events as needed

Applying data engineering principles, Mezmo helps organizations gain confidence in their telemetry data and extract business value from it. Organizations can centralize data from various sources via Mezmo’s open platform. Data profiling helps understand the data before it is optimized by applying out-of-the-box and custom processors to transform data and route it to the desired destinations for further analysis. With the Mezmo Telemetry Pipeline, enterprises can rapidly respond to any incident or data changes. This empowers teams to make faster decisions, all while controlling data costs.

    Customers love the Mezmo platform's speed, ease of use, and ability to scale. The platform gives customers flexibility, regardless of the other tools they use in their observability and security stacks

    Compensation:

    This role has an annual starting salary range of $137,000.00-176,000.00  + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills, experience and location.
