As our Integrated Sr. Media Buyer, you'll spearhead the strategic planning and execution of multimillion-dollar traditional media campaigns for prominent law firms nationwide. This pivotal role combines independent leadership of day-to-day campaign operations with collaborative strategic planning alongside our accomplished Operations team. The position is ideally suited for a self-directed professional who excels at autonomous execution while contributing valuable insights to broader organizational initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence the success of large-scale TV, and radio campaigns that shape the growth of our clients' practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management for TV, Radio, Outdoor, and CTV devices, including planning, negotiation, placement, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure optimal rates and premium placement opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations with vendors confidence and understanding of the metrics negotiated (impressions, CPM, Nielsen Quarter-Hour book application)
- Manage campaign budgets and reconcile invoices while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Able to identify problems and/or opportunities and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Manage and analyze competitive data
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with the team on data analysis and CRM integration to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Manage weekly budget and performance charts per client
- Keep up-to-date on changes within traditional mediums and proactively suggest optimizations and new campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and trends in order to continually optimize campaigns
- Create detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Proactively identify potential campaign challenges and propose solutions
- Bring issues/concerns to forward before they become problems, offering solutions and advising of potential delivery delays
- Agency and or SEO digital marketing experience required
- 3 Years of experience in traditional media (Brand, station or agency side)
- Comfortable using and analyzing media buying metrics (CPP, CPM etc)
- Solid knowledge of media buying tools like Freewheel/STRATA, Vivvix/MediaRadar, Nielsen, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, analytical mind-set and ability to multi-task are a must
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or relevant field
- Comfortable with Excel/GoogleSheets and able to transform data on a beginner level
- $75,000 annual salary
