What you’ll do: Partner with business leaders in developing and executing hiring plans to efficiently fill vacancies with internal and external talent, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment. Incumbent will support all third-party partnerships.

- Proactively drive the recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner according to Business standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, competitive, cost-effective and timely recruitment solutions
- Document, maintain and communicate interactions, outreach, and interview results
- Responsible for effectively partnering with the hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies directly supporting business objectives.
Interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, make recommendations regarding hire and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings. - Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as in person career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
- Consults and supports the ongoing employer branding initiatives, especially as it ties to recruiting. Partnering and assisting in development of advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Maintain a high level of contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status and the interview process.
- Maintain a high level of contact with hiring managers to provide updated information on the interview process status
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external vendors to ensure achievement of staffing goals
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, and any other applicable agreements.)
- Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy
- Counsel and coach employees and leadership in hiring practices
- Prepares and monitors key staffing and customer satisfaction metrics providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to manage compliance auditing routines to ensure OFCCP, ADA/EEO guidelines are enforced and abided; ensure staffing requirements are met in accordance with legal guidelines
- Remain current with employment legislation and ensure that managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
- Collaborates with Senior Talent Management Manager in the development and delivery of intern and apprentice pipelines.
- Attends industry events representing Pinnacol and speaking to open positions
- Source and identify passive candidates to build an active, current and high-quality technology candidate pipeline.
- Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.)

- Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
- Represent company’s mission, goals, culture, values on a regular basis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive Talent Acquisition Experience (3+ years), where you’ve demonstrated knowledge and capability leading full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interview, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition technologies.
- Sourcing Techniques: Knowledge of passive sourcing practices in order to identify talent outside of traditional sourcing channels such as posting, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Polished professional with the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with professionals at all levels inside and outside of the organization

The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $83,200.00 - $87,000.00. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including your experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
