Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Analyze historical and forecast data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
    • Utilize dashboards and SMEs within the organization to provide visibility into key metrics and performance indicators
  • Supply Chain Optimization and Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement within the planning process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and methodologies to improve planning accuracy and collaboration
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
    • Communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, including planning, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain
    • Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and transparency


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, demand planning, or logistics roles
  • Experience in fast paced environments is a plus
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting collaborative processes


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using data analysis software, such as Excel, SQL or Tableau
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and continuous improvement focus


Working Conditions:

  • 5 days per week in office (Flexibility offered around personal appointments, childcare, and other personal conflicts.)
  • No anticipated travel

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
