How You’ll Make An Impact
With a global remit, our Technical Program Management team leads cross-functional projects to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions, as well as improve the operations of the product and engineering organization overall.
As a Technical Program Manager (AI Focus), you will drive the execution of new product launches, organizational change management projects and strategic initiatives that are requested from the executive leadership team. Working closely with our product teams, our engineers and our field teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of projects through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a variety of projects within the product & engineering organization at Boomi
- Interface with various stakeholders across product & engineering, as well as stakeholders outside of the org like product marketing, sales, presales and enablement, and many others
- Design business processes and facilitate business adoption of those processes
- Use data & metrics to measure success
- Understand definition of done for a project, identify key stakeholders and action items, and organize those in an easy to understand project plan
- Ensure project plan tasks are completed
- Conduct workstream sync calls
- Keep stakeholders and executive team apprised of progress on the plan
- Consider Boomi-wide implications of project-related decisions and plans
The Experience You Bring
- Ideal candidates would have a strong functional background of product management, marketing, communication, strategy and/or program/project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions and influence decision making.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Work on problems of various degrees of complexities where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple intangible variables
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
