As the Vice President of Professional Services Delivery, you will be responsible for leading and managing our professional services organization to ensure the successful delivery of our software solutions to clients. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, project profitability, and overall business growth.

What you'll do:

Strategic Global Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the professional services team, aligning delivery capabilities with the company's business objectives and customer needs.

Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of professional services professionals, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.

Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.

Financial Management: Drive profitability and operational efficiency within the professional services organization, managing budgets, resource allocation, and project margins.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between the professional services team and other departments, including Customer Success, Sales, Product Development, and Support, to achieve overall company goals.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity, scalability, and quality of service.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on timelines, budgets, and client relationships.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within professional services delivery, preferably in the software industry. 5+ years in a global setting.

    • Plus if experience is in integration industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software implementation projects including co-delivery models with partners

  • Experience in leading offer management strategy

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Experience in leading offer management strategy

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is desirable.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation for this position in the US ranges between $311,565 - $389,457 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
