We are seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics, a visionary and strategic leader passionate about leveraging data to foster innovation, operational scale, and growth. This critical role involves working closely across functional leaders and teams to evolve and drive the company-wide data strategy and ensuring it is aligned with our organizational objectives. Your leadership will not only inspire but will be the catalyst for the shift to a data driven culture across the organization, making you an integral part of our journey towards achieving and exceeding our ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership and Vision

Lead the transformation of the Data & Analytics organization from a traditional support role to a strategic business partner, fostering a truly data-driven culture

Develop and execute a data-focused operational strategy; shifting to a modern data infrastructure and tooling and leveraging AI/ML to drive tangible business results.

Define and implement a vision for a scalable, reliable, modern data platform and infrastructure
Team Leadership and Development

Build trust and credibility across the organization, prioritizing data needs and delivering impactful solutions

Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, urgency and high performance

Lead, attract, develop, and retain a multifaceted team of data professionals, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Collaborative Business Transformation

Collaborate across business stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of data strategies with organizational goals, directly contributing to shared business results

Actively participate in business and technical discussions to champion best practices in data management and analytics, ensuring these initiatives support key business objectives and deliver measurable results

Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation to accelerate implementation of data-driven strategies that improve decision-making and operational efficiencies
Data Governance and Quality

Strategically deploy a data governance framework, collaborating across departments to enhance data quality, compliance, and accessibility

Champion data quality and governance, ensuring adherence to policies and standards

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to uphold data privacy and security standards
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
-
15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics space, demonstrating increasing complexity, scale, and responsibility
-
BA/BS Degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
-
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable
-
10+ years of people management experience, leading teams of data engineers, analytics engineers, decision and data scientists.

Proven experience leading B2B SaaS organizations through transformational change, building data capabilities, and turning data insights into business value

Experience leading data and analytics programs, processes, and infrastructure at scale (in organizations exceeding $1B revenue with 5,000+ employees globally)

Strong understanding of next-gen data practices (AI/ML, Data Ops, Decision Science) and experience applying them in an enterprise organization

Previous experience developing processes and operations to implement and manage data governance principles and policies, master data management, management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection and privacy

Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving forward-looking strategies

Proven self-starter with low ego, high humility, high EQ, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization

How You’ll Be Rewarded
� Salary range in the US: $225,000.00 - $311,000.00
� A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
� Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
� 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
