The Claims Data Analysis and Reporting Manager at Pie will be responsible for using data analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling to measure key performance indicators and improve operational efficiency in the Claims Department. They will also collaborate with the data engineering team to build data infrastructure for reporting and analysis.

Establish Pie as the preeminent commercial insurance among small business owners by building data-driven AI/ML solutions to address risk and underwriting challenges, leveraging advanced ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP skills. Collaborate with Product, data engineering, and MLOps teams to develop and deploy models, enhance risk and pricing models, build demand elasticity models, and automate processes.
