The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal advice, manage complex legal matters, and ensure compliance with regulations in the aerospace industry while supporting executive leadership.

Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership across commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, and transactional matters. Lead drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, advise on M&A and capital markets, design enterprise compliance programs, manage outside counsel, support Board governance, mentor junior legal staff, and translate aerospace and defense regulatory developments into actionable business guidance.
