Brick N Ivy has successfully been selling handmade pre-baked pizza crusts at farmers markets for 3 years now. Our whole wheat pizza crust is the favorite, but our ancho chili pizza crust has become a secret hit. The company has a good client base with people coming back to buy our products every week.We would like to take what we've learned from making pizza crusts and apply it to a food truck with ready-to-eat pizzas. Our truck won't be selling the standard pepperoni or margarita pizzas. We will focus on unique flavor profiles and flavored crusts that can't be found anywhere else. We have many ideas (including breakfast and dessert) and are looking forward to having a food truck so we can share them with Denver.
