City Street Investors is a real estate investment, management, and development group that acquires, renovates, and repositions commercial and residential properties. For over two decades, we have built a portfolio of over twenty restaurant investments and partnerships as well as a collection of re-positioned retail and multi-family properties. Our work is rooted in Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods including the development of Highlands Square, Larimer Square, and Union Station. Our projects have won awards from Historic Denver, Denver’s Mayor’s Design Awards, Downtown Denver Partnership, Westword, and 5280 Magazine. Our projects honor local preservation and maintain the integrity of the neighborhoods built by previous generations.
