Lead and coach a team of Commercial Account Executives to exceed sales targets. Hire, train, forecast, and manage pipeline and lead generation. Monitor funnel metrics, facilitate ramping of new hires, and implement coaching to improve team performance.

Provide quoting and deal-structuring support to global sales teams, negotiate with customers, resolve post-deal satisfaction issues, act as pricing subject-matter expert, and coordinate with legal, billing, finance, revenue, and product teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Provide advanced technical support for public-sector customers running mission-critical, highly regulated hybrid and multi-cloud workloads on Datadog. Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, APIs, networking, cloud, and OS layers; handle escalations and incidents; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to validate bugs and drive adoption. Work in-office on a hybrid schedule and participate in on-call rotations.
