Exabeam is seeking an experienced Global Field Marketing Director to spearhead the strategy and execution of world-class integrated field marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in driving qualified leads into our sales pipeline, supporting business growth, and exceeding Exabeam's pipeline targets.
This role will be highly collaborative and cross-functional, working with leaders and team members across the organization including Sales, Partner, and Product to meet and exceed objectives. The Global Field Marketing Director is a data-driven, strategic problem solver with strong communication skills and exceptional execution abilities. This role requires an eye for detail and will involve managing a team of international field, channel, and event marketers. The Global Field Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Responsibilities :
Leadership and Strategy :

  • Lead a global team of field, channel, and event marketers to develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans across regions, aligning with sales goals.
  • Oversee all field marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, logistics, execution, and reporting.
  • Assist CMO to manage Exabeam's marketing budget, ensuring optimal selection, management, and implementation of field marketing initiatives (e.g., events, webinars, content syndication, in-region demand generation) to drive high-quality leads, brand awareness, and measurable contributions to Exabeam's success.


Program Execution :

  • Strategically manage the end-to-end execution of all field marketing programs across various channels to exceed marketing goals and drive quality leads into the sales funnel, surpassing pipeline targets.
  • Consolidate forecasts, measure, analyze, and report on the ROI of all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with budget and marketing KPIs.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed on time, within budget, and meet defined KPIs in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer.


Event Management :

  • Plan and manage all field marketing activities, setting event targets and goals in alignment with the ADR Director, measuring KPIs, and communicating milestones and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end event process, from strategic selection and investment proposals to planning, execution, and reporting/analysis.
  • Conduct site inspections, coordinate with agencies, manage RFPs, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand event content and identify the right partners for content direction and development.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including executive preparation, space allocation, vendor management, risk minimization, technology staffing, swag, signage, and ongoing communications.
  • Bring excellence in project management to ensure all milestones are achieved on time and within budget before, during, and after events.
  • Effectively manage event staff and volunteers, conducting training sessions to fully engage support teams.
  • Manage multiple complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee pre-event marketing and post-event attendee follow-up to maximize engagement and impact.


Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in field marketing, event management and experiential marketing, preferably in the B2B and enterprise technology spaces
  • Experience managing a variety of event formats, from exclusive closed-door executive events to large-scale conferences and exhibitions, and everything in between
  • Excellent communication and executive presence and the ability to work with C-suite executives to produce and deliver world-class events
  • Experience working in both virtual/digital and in-person event environments, with in-depth knowledge of managing internal and external production teams
  • Experience using the latest event technologies, including streaming platforms, registration and participant management platforms, agenda management tools, recording and editing tools, event promotion tools, project and resource management tools, and tools for live event engagement (polls, Q&As, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing timelines and budgets - delivering on time and on budget!
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
  • Thrive on teamwork and creatively overcoming obstacles
  • Excellent PPT and narrative storytelling skills
  • Experience running and managing an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) a plus

Salary: The annual starting salary for this position is between $150,000-$175,000 annually plus bonus, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
We are open to up-leveling this role for the right candidate.
