We're on the hunt for an experienced sales leader who thrives in developing and steering the sales process, strategy, and talent. Reporting to the CRO, you'll nurture a globally diverse team, achieve goals, and ensure execution excellence. Your background in B2B SaaS and knowledge of web architecture (HTML, CSS, JS, hosting technologies) will be crucial.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead with Inspiration: Guide and nurture our global teams in London and Colorado, empowering them to hit revenue targets consistently.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to show your and your team's impact on Duda’s success.
- Critical Thinking: Analyze and synthesize technical and commercial needs, guiding prospects to appropriate solutions.
- Trusted Partnership: Work closely with internal teams to refine the Go-To-Market strategy, acquiring and developing new strategic clients.
- Collaborative Efforts:Join forces with enterprise sales, account management, product marketing, and R&D to craft compelling product offerings and sales materials.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Independently create persuasive resources, educating the market on Duda’s value propositions.
- Positive Change Champion: Influence Duda’s strategic direction with data-backed insights, striving for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate Sales Culture: Focus on creating and driving a positive sales culture that promotes team success, collaboration, and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 7+ years in SaaS sales, with a preference for B2B2C sales of complex platforms
- 3+ years in a managerial role, leading teams to success
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key sales KPIs and targets
- Empathetic leadership with a focus on team development
- Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting and strategic planning
- Competitive yet cooperative mindset
- Proficiency in sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDIC, MEDDPICC), SFDC, Excel, and tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Chorus.ai
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to drive large cross-functional initiatives

We offer a competitive package including base salary, uncapped variable bonus, health benefits, and equity, with a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 OTE, based on skills and experience.
