Are you ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector? Join Hitachi Energy as a Senior ETRM Consultant, where you'll develop advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailers, and generators. You'll help them navigate regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges while building and retaining long-lasting relationships with internal and external customers. This role offers the chance to contribute to profitable growth and ongoing satisfaction, ensuring the successful delivery of software implementation projects and customer satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify opportunities for new and repeat consulting business.
- Build an internal and external network for information exchange.
- Create added value for customers and the organization.
- Ensure successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
- Propose research & development projects and support project management strategies.
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments for various assignments.
- Lead the creation of new processes and tool enhancements.
- Serve as the Lead Functional Consultant on implementation projects.
- Provide leadership during discovery workshops and design solutions for complex issues.
- Establish strong customer relationships and ensure delivery obligations are met.
Your Background
- 8+ years of software implementation experience or proven business experience in the ETRM space.
- Experience with TRMTracker; familiarity with nMarket is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Deep industry knowledge of Power or Natural Gas.
- Experience with structured projects and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions.
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer-facing/influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel 50-75%
